Quick HIIT / Circuits class is a short but affective workout aimed at improving muscular strength, endurance, cardio vascular health and fitness. Every class is different, using bodyweight movements and exercise equipment to keep the workouts fun and dynamic.
Classes run before each Pilates class and work well alongside for time efficiency and health and fitness benefits.
SIT FIT Pilates
Monday 10.30am - 11.30am
Broughton Village Hall
A seated (or standing assisted) Pilates class to maintain and improve mobility, flexibility and build muscular strength.
INCLUDES A HOT DRINK AND CAKE/BISCUITS TOGETHER AFTER.
