A little about me…


Growing up both creative and sporty, incorporating my love of design and passion for fitness simply worked. After a full days work on commercial interior design projects I would jump in the car to teach a class or two of an evening, which could have been a Legs Bums & Tums class, Zumba or Fitness Pilates to name a few. I was getting my own exercise fix, and the enjoyment of seeing my class participants improve week on week both physically and mentally.

I have been teaching for over 12 years now, adding to my knowledge with qualifications like Pre & Post Natal Fitness which having taught a number of different types of classes throughout my first pregnancy enabled me to put into practice and gave a greater understanding of how pregnancy and the post natal period affects us both mentally and physically.

With the lifting of group exercise restrictions in the covid19 pandemic brought about an opportunity to teach locally bringing people back together in the community. Fitting in around school runs and ad hoc design consulting, I have organically grown with demand and now teach multiple Pilates and HIIT/circuit classes a week.

Other hobbies of mine include gardening, I love plants and growing flowers. Cooking and baking, playing netball in the local league with a brilliant group of women, as well as family walks & bike rides and horse riding.
