For everyone and every body, helping improve muscular balance and strength, flexibility, mobility and general wellbeing. Based on the wonderful teachings of Joseph Pilates but adding a functional and modern delivery.

A dynamic Pilates class using (optional) light dumbbells to increase resistance alongside our own body resistance to build strength, tone and sculpt muscles.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells & battleropes alongside bodyweight movements to build strong muscles and improve tone and muscle power. A short but effective workout, scaleable to everyone.

SIT FIT Pilates is an inclusive pilates class to increase mobility, muscle strength and flexibility. The class is seated or standing assisted by a chair and great for anyone who struggles to get up and down from the floor or recovering from injury.

Stretch & Flow Pilates and Sound Bath
Easing into 2026 with a gentle stretch and pilates flow followed by a relaxing sound bath.
Sat 10th or Sun 11th January
Broughton Village Hall, Hampshire UK
Join us first for a gentle Pilates stretch and flow session, suitable for all fitness levels - followed by the deep relaxing sounds and vibrations in a soothing sound bath
All welcome.
No previous Pilates experience needed.
Just wear something comfortable, bring a mat, small pillow & blanket for the sound bath to feel cosy.
