  • For everyone and every body, helping improve muscular balance and strength, flexibility, mobility and general wellbeing. Based on the wonderful teachings of Joseph Pilates but adding a functional and modern delivery.

  • Short but effective workout using bodyweight to help strengthen muscles and improve fitness levels. All exercises are scaleable so whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned pro you’ll benefit from the class.

  • We use dumbbells, kettlebells & barbells alongside bodyweight movements to build strong muscles and improve tone and muscle power.

  • SIT FIT Pilates is an inclusive pilates class to increase mobility, muscle strength and flexibility. The class is seated or standing assisted by a chair and great for anyone who struggles to get up and down from the floor or recovering from injury.
